I've been here 12 yrs and it was a great place to live until we got a manager that picks and chooses who lives here and who she calls the police on and who goes to jail and who doesn't. Her family lives here and so does 12 members of the same family living in 3 different apts. They fight out in the parking lot screaming and threatening each other but nothing is done. But when my mother, who lived next door at Owensville Commons, was horribly sick and deaf, and my daughter was pounding loud on her door to check on her, she was arrested!! This manager told her to never come back even when my mother died! Then this manager called the police on me when my mother died because I was in the hallway sobbing. This community is wonderful and the neighbors are very amazing my kids enjoy living here.. we all do our best to help each other out whenever possible… Also want to give a shoutout to the best property manager in the whole county Jess Wood she is very helpful and always so understanding and she is getting stuff done for that’s been needing to be done… She loves all the kids and the all love her.. we all love you Jess. I have lived here five years now. I’m a senior with disability handicap had a parking disability sign then it was removed now my neighbor of three years bullies me and has threatened my life. There has been nobody in the office to get help.I got protection order on her then her sons now do it so got orders on them too.finely they had cops serve her and maintenance man serve me too.I have begged them for help.I put up cameras for my safety and two neighbors have gone nuts over it.
