Our recent visit and purchase was FANTASTIC. We have a severely handicapped child and only needed one chair but with a special design. When I called in I talked to Alexis who was very helpful and understood my need. She then got me in touch with one of the sales associates named Bill who sent me various pictures. Bonus, they'll ship items from any of their locations to your local store for no additional cost if you go to pick up. Only downside is it's not incredibly fast, so not great if you need...
