I am so happy to have found this company. I'd had a horrendous experience with a large retailer. Then spent far too many hours searching websites, claiming my item was in stock... only to get the computerized "Bait-n-Switch". When I finally came across Northern Sound & Light during my last ditch effort with google search. While calling to verify information, I was amazed that a real person answered their phone! Kuddos to Eric, he was a hero today! Thank you for exhibiting True Customer Service. It's such a rare commodity these days, yet still very appreciated. Today it's earned you a new customer from 1500 miles away, one with many friends in the music industry and who will be referring them all to Northern Sound & Light.

The customer service was excellent. Google Maps didn't do a very nice job of getting me there. Something was wrong so I called. The man said I was nearby based on my description. He came outside to make sure I found the place. Mind you this is winter in Pittsburgh. Every bit of 30 degrees. I also appreciated the expertise once I got inside. They answered all of my questions.
