We called various appliance companies in the surrounding area & ultimately decided to go with Weaver Appliances after they had BOTH the BEST RATE & quickest opening for a service call. From start to finish Technician Kyle Miller was OUTSTANDING attending to our various service call needs. Day of service, Kyle called ahead giving an ETA & arrived right on time in a Weaver marked van. Kyle was both friendly & incredibly professional during the service call attending to our extensive appliances concerns. Overall, we were VERY SATISFIED with the service provided by Technician Kyle Miller! He gave a GREAT first impression representing Weaver Appliances!
We were so pleased with the service from Kyle the technician at Weaver Appliances, that we decided to visit the show room to explore potential replacement appliances.
The Weaver Appliance show room in Dover was a great resource as it was incredibly helpful to actually put hands on & see so many appliances at one time. The showroom stock along with knowledge from Wenny Denman really helped my husband & I compare & contrast products to determine what features & finishes to select. Prices were incredibly competitive & both products were backed with a 1-year Weaver Warranty. We paid for the appliances on a Thursday & new appliances were installed in our kitchen by Monday. Talk about quick service!

Read moreWe had to call Weaver's because we were having some trouble with the ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator. The young man who was there dealt with my wife and he told her what the problem was and they talked about the parts they talked about the age of the refrigerator.
The nicest piece to this was, he made it clear he did not want to nickel and dime us on the refrigerator which was that age so we may want to consider purchasing a new refrigerator. Given the noise I've heard recently from the refrigerator, and the fact that the ice maker isn't working, I absolutely believe he is correct. That's what I appreciated most, he could have fixed it and it could have broken again in a couple weeks, or a month and back they would come for another service call but no, he was trying to be honest and sincere in what he did and the way he handled it. Thank you Weaver Appliance! While troubleshooting, service associate John Beckley ruled out possible causes—then determined the worn-out part. A major component. Given its replacement cost which he showed me on his Weaver computer, we decided to replace the washer. He showed me a new comparable GE washer on Weaver’s website and suggested we stop in their store. A couple hours later we scanned a great selection and store sales associate Wenny Denman explained model features. Today we bought our new GE washer. Nice unit! Very pleased with Weaver’s professional team and huge selection in their beautiful showroom. Weaver Appliance has a new customer.
