This store was the best electonic store ive been to in my entire life! So that says enough within itself the customer service was amazing the employees are extremely kind paitent and loyal to each indivdual customers needs any time i asked a question regarding my cell phone being fixed being that it was cracked really bad i was even missing my battery and the employee had one on site that automatically fit my paticular cell phone i also needed a cell phone case 4 my newer phone he picked it out gave me such a great deal and price on everything that i needed from their store as a whole which made me as a customer want 2 purchase more items that i actually really needed for a long time from their store only i live all the way in stamford ct and just due to their excellent cutsomer service the amazing Very fair quality and different range of electronics from. Cell phones to speakers of all types shapes styles n sizes cell phone cases, accesories, jewlery and fixing items on site plus so much more! They fixed my broken cell very quickly so promot as well it was So worth the drive to bpt ct ther located in the ctown plaza on the bpt stratford line i suggest everyone who needs any of those types of items to def go and check this place out!! And the prices are very reasonable and fair and u can tell that they actually know their stuff and truly care about not only the products and murchandise that they sell but the customers themselves and keeping us All happy i know i Am and Its just such posotive energy in this store pls go and visit 4 urself and you def wont regret it at All! This is definitely the lowest cost you'll find in the area to fix your phone. However, my boyfriend was quoted $100 to fix an iPhone 11 on the phone. When I came in, I was quoted $125 plus tax. I just picked up my Samsung S6 from Smartfix wireless. This is the second time I've used them. They are fantastic and very reasonably priced. They fixed my charging port and I was only charged $65. I have been without my phone for 5 days because the port wasn't working, it took a couple of hours to be fixed. I am very happy and satisfied...
