Called the salon this morning (last minute) & asked if they had any open appt’s or cancellations for today and was told she could possibly squeeze me in so she took my name and number & within an hour she texted me asking if i could come in at 1230 (less than 2 hrs after my initial call from this morning- mind u i didn’t have an appt). I am beyond thankful Shelly was able to squeeze me in & besides that ~ was extremely impressed with the salon itself . Super clean, beautiful & a calming environment. A co-worker referred me to that place, and I’ve been going there for over 2 years now and when I say it’s the best it is the best out of all the ones I’ve gone to and believe me I’ve been going to a lot of hair places. I had an amazing experience at Lotus Hair Studio. I received exceptional service from the owner, ShellyAnn. I was impressed by her vast knowledge on hair care and professionalism. She explained her process at every step and made me feel comfortable by educating me along the way. Her studio is spotless and welcoming.
