Diamond Vape — Local services in Streator

My wife ordered two Aegis minis from this store online. When they arrived one of which would constantly leak, and the pod would not sit correctly and was loose. But being as I live almost an hour away I still made the drive. All to be told by the worker who made a shady call to her "manager," that they wouldn't replace it. That the "best" she could do was give me a 10% discount. And ya know I've heard ALOT of shady rumors about this place, but now I wholeheartedly believe them. Safe to say after I spent money on what they should've replaced, that will be the last bit of money that they get from me. Absolutely horrendous that they do not stand behind what they sell.

Edit: They reached out to my wife after seeing this review, and did their best to make it "right." Although I personally will probably never go back, I will change the star rating a little bit just because they did reach back out to us. Needless to say that should have been the original response when I stopped in...

Diamond Vape is Amazing!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately! I later found out his name was Collin. He was so incredibly knowledgeable! He took the time to help me find what I needed and not once did I feel rushed. I was looking for a battery for my cartridge. He showed me different models and how to use them! With Collin’s help, I found the battery that I wanted, I even bought two! Lol!

I am so impressed with this spot!

It’s also super clean and smells like a retail store, not incense that makes you want to gag! 😍

This vape shop mainly sells their own in house brand of E liquid, and the salt nics are all 35mg/ml. I've been to many vape shops and have never seen one that doesn't carry a variety of juice brands. If they happen to have exactly what you're looking for your experience will be better than mine, and that's the only reason it's not a 1* from me.
