Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Streator

Horrible experience. Spent over half an hour there, all of which was standing in line. I ordered an iced coffee and was told I had to order my son's ice cream at the next register, which was clearly marked closed. I got to that register, and was told that I could get the ice cream but had to go back to the back of the line at the first register and pay for it. I sat him down with his ice cream and then waited in line for another 15 minutes to pay. Then the girl charged me FOR THE CUP that was holding the ice cream!!! I questioned it, and the young man working there corrected her, refunded me. By the time I got back to the table, he had finished. So much for sharing in conversation and a treat. Terrible business. The owners are rude as hell. They yell at you, talk over you, ignore you when you are asking a question. Ordered 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream and got charged 14.58. Owner refused to look at the receipt just kept saying I was not over charged. Owner was yelling at other staff as well as speaking in another language on the phone. (They rarely have all the options available for door dash orders also. ) Calling your customers ignorant things in other languages is extremely childish, unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked for two bagels with cream cheese and got no cream cheese on either. My supposed to be iced drink was lukewarm and the wrong size, the service was horrible not only for me but for two girls who waited for nearly 10 minutes to even order their food when nobody else was in line, the ceiling was leaking, I was given the wrong change, and the girl taking my order didnt take it for a while because she was talking to someone outside of the restaurant who was trying to fix a flag.
