This place has company is good. They have good system but they have some terrible guards. This is white lady there. She’s caught in nice. She took nice but there is horrible black African-American. She’s so rude. She just keeps screaming. I supposed to have dropping homework and I find my load is not ready that’s normal. That’s no problem. I was waiting until I get my load and I close my door And I put the seal then I drive to the guards as soon as I get to them in this block African-American lady, she just keeps screaming at me. Don’t do that. Don’t do that. Don’t do that. What’s going on? What happened? He said you should wait in your door. I told him OK done already. He’s not lady before me. She’s already told you why wait at the door. I told her nobody told me anything. He said. Yes she told you and then she keeps screaming on me OK do you want me to go back to the door? My Road is done already. She said no but just don’t do that. She’s terrible whatever she wanna say. She can just say it nicely instead...

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! It says DHL bit it is really Nestle. I hate that they make us give one at least one star. They need to be in the negative. The guards were very nice. Unfortunately, they are left to explain things to the drivers. Management is so cowardly that they stopped responding to calls or emails from drivers, dispatchers, and brokers. I got there and was told that they are 12 hours behind. They are turning drivers away and expecting them to wait. I spoke to one driver that had been there for 24 hours. He had to get back home for his son's graduation. They wanted him to continue to wait until they were ready. This place is inconsiderate to truckers. Some of these drivers have been waiting at 48 hours. This place is absolutely horrible and thoughtless. The money is not worth it here. The closest truck stops are 40 minutes aways. The oasis's don't have any restaurants. It is all bad over there. Sorry (not sorry) for the long rant. Hopefully, this helps someone to not go...

WORSTS PLACE EVER . AVOID AT ALL COST I had an drop and hook here with drop dead time of 2 pm. Called at noon to check on load she said she had no empty trailer , I offered to bring my empty and she said great will put you in door right away and get you on way . Arrived at 1:45 and was put in door sat for 3 hrs then told to move to a different door and open my doors , after 3 more hours of my reefer running non stop I call and of course it’s been shift change and the new lady is rude and tells me I was late for my 2 pm appt which is why I have not been loaded . I explain that a DROP AND HOOK and I WAS NOT LATE . That I could have sat at the TA until it was ready and not started my clock to waste in your dock . She then tells me they are running behind and it could be 2 more hrs or 6 .. they do not care...
