Handmade Haven — Local services in Strongsville

The woman working behind the counter is absolutely rude!!! My 8 year old accidentally dropped “reindeer feed” on the floor and the woman had the audacity to make faces and make us feel bad about it. She sweeps it into a dust pan and whispers to another employee “I don’t know what to do it’s the vendors!” She said “do you want me to put the reindeer food back in?” THE FOOD OFF THE FLOOR!!!!! Never offered for me to buy a new one. It’s $5!!!! I said I’m still paying for this ma’am and gave a $10 bill and walked out of the store for the inconvenience! Absolutely rude and unprofessional, my daughter was upset on the way home and felt awful. Kids aren’t perfect and have accidents, sorry lady!! Horrible I won’t be coming back to your store! Merry Christmas I hope you feel good...
