Went to pick up 2 medications thru the drive thru window TWICE and my meds STILL were not ready. I complained to the staff and they shut the speaker off on me. I complained to the TEMPORARY PHARMACIST who waited on me on 10-21-22 and he told me he didn't like my attitude when I complained and said he was going to MAKE ME wait an hour for my medications that I needed that day. Also, when you call the pharmacy, you wait and wait, even though the message says that you are the next customer. I complained to the store manager who was kind and listened to my complaint patiently. She said they have a hard time keeping pharmacists employed. I can see why. I transferred all of my meds to Walgreens in another city. They were kind and very aware of the numerous compls at Strongsville Walgrreens pharmacy. DONT GO TO STRONGSVILLE...

Created an appointment that they could not find waited so they could fill it out again. Waited while they took a break. Then had to fill out tracking questionnaire for government. Waited again. Ended up having to pay for the vaccine myself, $198. Definitely not a very informative nor service...
