Asia Gardens — Restaurant in Strongsville

This review is more to do with the service of the restaurant than the food. I've ordered several times from Asia Garden thru DoorDash. The food has always been good, nothing stand out, but a very solid 4+/5. My issue has come with the service from a recent DoorDash order. I placed an order via DoorDash for dinner for my family. When the expected arrival time came and went, I received a call from the DoorDash driver who was at the restaurant. He said that there was a discrepency between the price DoorDash charged me and the order and that Asia Garden would require another $30 to release the order. First off, it is my understanding that the restaurant provides the prices to DoorDash, so if the prices were incorrect, that is the restaurant's fault. I asked the driver to decline the order and contacted DoorDash support who graciously offered me a full refund, which I used to purchase food from a new restaurant which I will frequent in the future. By the way, the items I purchased are still listed on the DoorDash app at the same price, so the merchant obviously doesn't care enough to even update their pricing with DoorDash, and would rather harrass customers who have already paid for more money. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Asia Gardens any time...

This place was absolutely amazing. Me and my girlfriend were driving back to Strongsville from Clendening Lake and looked up great Asian food for on the way home. Wow did we hit a homerun with this place. Literally the best asian food I have ever had. I had the general tsos chicken. It was the absolute best I've ever had. It was all very very fresh. She had the curry chicken. It wasn't as good as mine but it was absolutely delicious ha. The coconut ice cream was also killer! And the egg rolls. Yummm. Our server Tasha also just added to the overall experience. She was a joy. Always able to answer questions and always happy. Shes great at her job. The decor was also fabulous. The fish tanks are beautiful. Just this place deserves 10 stars ha check it out....

I have always been very happy with the food here - they customize, it's always hot, and very delicious! Plus, they've kept their prices relatively lower than other places, which is very much appreciated. I was very impressed this past week, as I had ordered entrees online, with a future pick-up time. Unfortunately, someone had "taken" my take-out from the pick-up shelf. The gentleman working the register was so gracious and apologetic, and remade my meal in about 5 min. He even invited me to sit in a booth while I waited. This kind of service is so rare this day and age, as he could've just said I was out of luck, but he went above and beyond and was very kind. Thank you! And please keep it up - need more folks like those at Asian Gardens...
