The skipper had over $20g new Garmin electronics and broken autopilot replaced. He was on a tight timeframe and had to fly down for it, changed the dates twice at short notice, Matt and his staff were amazing. They fit us in within the timeframe we had in Stuart, and around his other workload, changed the Garmin system we had originally ordered as Matt managed to locate the newest one that just came out; the skipper had seen it at a boat show and nobody else had it yet. Loews worked long hours, and in the end it works well and looks beautiful. In addition, before the sea trials and calibration, Matt noticed a battery problem. One was unexpectedly cracked and dry. He dropped everything, and before calling it a day had found four new ship’s batteries and delivered them. We installed them before the calibration the next morning. Matt arrived at 6 am, so we could make our passage out of Stuart that day by 8am. We’ll be back in 2 months to get more work done. Great job! UPDATE: and we did!...

I am an engineer myself, and a very "picky" one. I recently bought a Silverton 41 yacht. It was an impounded boat, left alone long time, and needed a massive revision of the electric system and an update of the electronics, plus a long addition of upgrades that I had in mind. Matt is a hell of a diagnostic, VERY competent. He has the capability to find a problems at lightspeed, and properly fix it, many times better of how it was originally. He is a working machine, precise in the details, preventing future failures doing things smartly and with a unique know-how skill. He will not push you to buy parts or components if not strictly necessary: what can be fixed will be properly and professionally fixed. Matt Loew and his crew are TOP NOTCH!!! Their install was professional, clean and whats even more impressive was everything was set up. I've had brand new boats built every 2 years. This is the first time that my Garmin Autopilot has tracked dead straight EVER!!!!
