We were introduced to Chris Lambros, owner of AC/DC by our contractor when we began building our new home. From our initial meeting we found Chris very knowledgeable, taking the time to meet us at the Crestron showroom in the DCOTA Design Center in Hollywood, Fl for a full presentation of their smart home system. Having the ability to see how the system functions in person and to learn how the integration functions at their showroom gave us the confidence to make this investment in our home. Through the entire process of the pre-wiring of our home during construction phase to the installation of the components when we finally were able to move into our home, Chris and his team walked us through all of the issues that came up and continue to give us the support we need.

In addition to the Crestron lighting system, during the construction of our home AC/DC also pre-wired for our security cameras, Sonos sound system and WI-FI system and then later installed the components when we moved into our home. Their team also installed all of our wall mounted TV’s for us.

Tim French has been instrumental in teaching us how to operate all of the systems, troubleshoot and fix minor issues that we have encountered. Everything Tim does is with the utmost professionalism and care.

Their customer service is exceptional, always answering my calls and texts and coming out to our house when we are having issues. This level of customer service is very much appreciated as my husband and I are not super technical and rely on Chris and his team to keep our home electronics functioning. I feel that our relationship truly is a long-term partnership because of the nature of the complex electronics in our home and Chris and his team make us feel like our continuing business is appreciated and important to them.

AC/DC completed a very extensive installation of a sound, tv, and internet system throughout my entire house. Everything was done with great quality. and professionalism.
