Horrible. Please stay away. I was in really need of someone to help me with my washer and dryer as none were working. Michael went over to my house and told me that he would charge me $89 to find what the problem was. He said the reason the washer was not working it was because the front load door was not opened completely so he swapped the washer and dryer to a different spot so I could open the door completely. He didn't charge me for that. Then he said the dryer needed a new motor which would cost me with labor and parts $150.00. He promised he would make the dryer work without any problems after that. He left my house and when I checked the dryer it was making an extreme loud noise I called him immediately and he said oh don't worry it will go away. 3 weeks went by and the noise doubled the loudness I called him he said it would need other parts and I needed to pay him another $125.00. I told him I had no more money and he did not take care of the problem. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOU SOME TIME AND MONEY NOT USING HIS SERVICES. Micheal was very professional. My appliances were supposed to be picked up by my son however scheduling times were difficult so micheal delivered that day instead of me waiting until whenever my son could schedule time. Micheal was very accommodating!!! 99 day warranty is a great way to find out if there are issues with your appliance as well, which I had a problem 5 days later! So I call him up. Michael comes back out and works on machine to fix the issue. I live over an hour away from him. I highly recommend him and would definitely buy from him again! Great guy!
