I’d I could give 0 stars I would! I went to Wilkerson’s approx 1month prior to revisiting. I was quoted a price in selling my wedding rings. I called Patrick to make sure he would be in the day I was going to visit. He never answered. He never called back. I called multiple times, left voicemails. I finally drove 108miles back to this “place of business” and he wouldn’t see me in person. He had someone bring it to him. Then offered me $500 less than he just offered me!!!! Then he wouldn’t take the time to speak back to me after I drove that far to come see him! I just wanted an explanation. The store manager apparently can’t do anything with Patrick or the price. In the sales business, if you know someone is interested and has revisited you, and you know you can change the offer because they will take it anyway, it is call BULLY TACTICS. This is what they are doing here at Wilkersons!! I understand if you are busy, but I have never received such bad service! Love this place!!! The quality of the jewelry is top of the line in my opinion. Very courteous staff and very helpful. Have huge selection of merchandise as well...when I need jewelry cleaned I visit my hometown Wilkerson jewelers to have it done. I drive from Paragould and come here and visit with family all the time!! It has been a staple in Stuttgart for as long as I can remember. There's a reason for that, because this place is Awesome. Don't know if they still have or not but they used to have duck band rings for the gentleman. I bought my husband one for his wedding band some 22 years ago and he still wears it. Joseph Bagyula is simply AMAZING! He used stones from my Mother’s jewelry to make a stunning gold band. Absolutely totally eye popping. He then took another ring and redesigned it. It is simply gorgeous. If you want a true artist craftsman to remake or design a new piece of jewelry, I recommend Joseph Bagyula at Wilkerson Jewelry in Stuttgart Arkansas.
