Today I paid good money for food that was bland, unseasoned, and not cooked. I called the owner, not requesting a refund or replacement because we had already started eating the food(we are not those type of people) but just to let him know our dissatisfaction and I was met with rudeness and unwelcoming tones. This has happened before when he was watching the cameras from his home while I was interacting with one of his employees and thought I was making fun of that fact that he could not speak English well. He came to the store and started going off on me, yelling, saying how everyone in this community knows him and such. Once he let me get a word in edge wise, he then realized it was a mistake. Do the math before you let them run your card. We ordered chicken tenders combo, 7.99 and a mushroom cheeseburger, which he auto updated to a combo, 7.99. He kindly told us to pick any two drinks from the fridge implying it was part of the combo. When I looked at our receipt, 29.95, and asked how it was that high he said the drinks were 3.22 each. When I said we didn’t ask for drinks and that he added them on, he kept repeating “it’s all good my friend”, and “you’re welcome”. Even then that total means the rest was 7.58 in tax? Doesn’t add up. I just moved here about 2 weeks ago and have been eating the norm. Hubby and I decided to try something different. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and sweet, especially the cook. Just after me ordering my food made me tell hubby this is gonna be our spot. My food was awesome, tasted better than what she described lol.
