I recently received a custom-made holster for my Springfield Hellcat, and I'm absolutely blown away by the quality and performance. First and foremost, the comfort is exceptional. My Hellcat fits snugly in the holster, with absolutely no wiggle or play. The retention is perfect, ensuring that the firearm stays secure even during vigorous activity. The owner responded to my request for a holster. Said he did not have the mold for my specific firearm. No problem. He followed up with the idea to do a 1-time holster. I mentioned I had another company that had the mold and could do one in less time and I would follow up with him if they fell through. Proceeded to explain for 5 minutes on the phone why he was backing out and it was now against his own "personal Policy" to do a 1 time holster. Would not recommend for customer service reasons. Cannot speak to the quality of the product.

Update following Owner Response: This was definitely not a mutual decision on practicality. A year later I still remember this interaction as one of the worst I have had. A lesson in Customer Service is needed for this company, including the twisting of words to make it sound not so bad when you get poor reviews. I don't leave reviews often, but this level of disrespect needs a little awareness for others considering purchasing. I did however find a PHENOMENAL company that makes great holsters in Logan, Utah. Teton Custom Holsters made me a custom one off IWB holster for my new Canik MC9 Prime and I cannot recommend this business enough! The time frame was quick and the customer service is top notch. I like to shoot pistol competitions and my new holster from them has been running flawlessly, especially when reholstering my pistol which I've had other holsters struggle with. The whole thing runs perfectly and the retention is still excellent. I've had the holster for a few weeks now and it's comfortable to carry every single day and it sits at just the perfect height on my belt. I also love that he includes the wing with the holster by default and the belt clip is also really great. Everything about them is high quality and I probably won't be getting my holsters from anywhere else in the future. I'll be getting a custom OWB level 2 holster too soon for my competition...
