Sunday after Christmas should be well known as busy day. Very disorganized and unprepared Staff not very helpful, and rude at times. Wife paid for full day of skiing and waited in line so long to get a rentals that her first run wasn't until well after the half day of skiing time started. Partial refund was denied. Came back on Wednesday at 830am hoping to for a better experience, no improvements to the crowd control and had longer waits, First run all most 3 hours after parking at 1130. Completely let down,...

Really enjoyed the mountain ... REALLY disliked the staff (not all of them, but a couple of them ruined it for all) and shop. Seriously got my rentals not only soaking wet but also still muddy and disgusting from the prior user. I'm not that picky or needy, but between those 2 issues and then the first usable hour spent waiting in the line because you can't get it in advance ... I'll be trying...
