My wife and I went into Troyer for the first time about 5 months ago. I told the salesman /furniture specialist that we were just looking and not going to purchase. He still gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. Fast forward to a few months ago and we returned to look at a chair. I was specific in what I wanted but we had to make it work with the rest of our furniture. Tim picked out the perfect price for us. (Pictured below) it looks beautiful in our living room and does everything I was looking for plus more! I called in a few times and spoke with other specialist (Brian and Dick) although these guys weren’t the original sales person, they still treated me like I was and made me feel right at home. I look forward to working with them again, I won’t go anywhere else for furniture. The quality of the chair is amazing and the customer service is A+++. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in furniture stores and letting me sit on almost all of your...
Read moreThe best furniture experience I've ever had. We went to every furniture store in NEO (at least it felt that way) looking for a kitchen table. We saw the same things everywhere. Big and chunky is apparently the popular theme here. We were looking for something a bit more Danish Modern; simple and clean.

Once we picked a wood species we had a price in a day. A price that was far less than most of the tables we saw most everywhere else and didn't care for.
A few weeks later we had the exact table that we were envisioning in our kitchen.
Friendly, helpful, infinite selection. If you are looking for furniture of any kind make sure...

Prior to having it refinished, the table top joint was tight as a drum, no gap. Upon receiving the refinished top, we now have a noticeable gap where the two sides meet. We were rudely informed that Troyer had nothing to do with the gap; wait a few days to see if the edges "moved" back into place. Totally unacceptable! They did not want to take it back to try and correct the gap - they could not guarantee that it could be made better. While the refinish/staining was beautiful, I do not feel that I should have to pay for a top that now will not close properly. Avoid Sales Manager Tim and Owner Matt; customer service is...
