Food very good, as usual. However, order phoned in from Dover for pickup, only to find upon arriving at designated time, the salads weren't ready; then when verifying order, determined an ordered pizza was overlooked, and we were asked to wait while it was prepared. When ready, we were notified without an apology for their mistake, and our inconvenience. BTW, we had a party of 12 waiting back in Dover, some traveling 100+ miles for a special family event. Thank goodness we took hand written order with us, comparing it against theirs and what was available at time of pickup, or I would have had to make another trip to Sugar Creek, and my guest would have waited even longer. However, this experience is not "the usual", so we can be forgiven of occasional human error, just somewhat surprised they didn't acknowledge the inconvenience, nor attempt to right the wrong to ensure repeat patronage?? Worthy of mentioning, my out-of-town quests enjoyed it when it did get there. Thanks Park Pizza! 7/26/20,...

This is just a more expensive Little Cesars. Steal the crust from East of Chicago and throw on Little Cesars junk sauce and toppings and you have Park Street Pizza! Its eatable but I wouldn't call it good and its definitely overpriced for the quality you're getting.

Imagine explaining to someone who has never used the internet or never left the state of Ohio what a Neapolitan pizza is. Now imagine that person trying to recreate that with all the finer details completely lost on them. If you order a Pizza Margherita that's exactly what you'll get. A thick pan cheese pizza with some cheap pesto and tomato's.

Its basically Little Cesars crazy bread covered with tomato slices and some gritty and oily pesto. Whoever made park streets menu clearly doesn't understand the whole idea of a Neapolitan pizza and thinks a good substitution is Little Cesars crazy bread which I have to say is one of the most "Ohio" things they could do. It would actually be pretty funny if it wasn't as over...

Well to start out by saying this place is very nice and I am planning to eat in at some point but their food is amazing!!! We called on Saturday evening around the busiest time of the night and had to call about five times to get through.. They were really busy and still made our order perfect!!! They have a little bit of everything you would like to tryout... My family personally has had only their pizza and it is absolutely incredible!! Our order was just coming out of the oven when we had pulled up.. When we arrived home the pizza was still HOT and fantastic!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants phenomenal food as well as service!!! They also use real fresh local ingredients and it definitely can be seen as well as tasted!!! If you haven't tried this place yet I would seriously try to make it a destination before you try...

They nail it. We drove 45 minutes to check this place out and it is well worth it. The pizza has a deep dish vibe with the sauce and cheese slightly burnt around the crust. The sauce has a freshness to it and the dough is somehow very light and fluffy. Every flavor is is the right mix of present but not too much. The bone in wings are easily some of the best Ive ever had. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The building is naturally lit and has nice facilities that made changing our baby easy, and they even had a sink outside of the bathrooms to wash your hands without having to go in. That kind of extra consideration is seen everywhere in this restaurant. My wife and I spent $60 including tip but we were taste testing specialty pizzas and wanted to take home a bunch of leftovers. Five stars, don't pass it up.

Stopped by for an early dinner on Memorial Day. Overall not a bad experience. The best part was the pizza, it was loaded, tasted great and had some leftover to snack in later. The second best part is we didn’t even need to be hungry when we got there, since the wait was so long, we were starving by the time it showed up. We ordered 2 small pizzas at the register and were given a number. First one came about 37 minutes in and second one an impressive 50 minutes later. That in and of itself was inconvenient, but you pay upfront and they have the audacity to recommend a 15-25% tip at the time of purchase. Overall the place is cozy with a modern feel and the staff were friendly. Would go again if I’m in the area (mainly become they seem to be the only ones open Sunday), but I’ll probably be ordering ahead next time.
