Liked the retro copper walls, and the service was great. That girl was on the go none stop, but super kind. I ordered a western omelet and the peppers and onions were just sitting in the middle. It was loaded and not fully cooked. But the egg was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Service was prompt with a smile, all the food was hot and fresh. Best local restaurant for breakfast for sure.

First time stopping, won't be the last. Had the steak and eggs breakfast and everything was delish.

Walked in and seated. Waited approximately 10 minutes for someone to ask what we wanted to drink. 10 minutes later a different waiter finally brought the drinks. The waiter that delivered it had black jeans on with the knees all blown out. Ordered breakfast. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, food came out on toast. Then a waitress came by and she was wearing back sweat pants. The cook was wearing gym shorts. The male waiter pulled up a chair at someone else’s table and started chewing the fat, and we waited 20 minutes for the bill to come. He dropped off the receipt. About 10 minutes later a female came and picked up the bill. So at the end of the day the food was GREAT!! The service was subpar at best. Personal appearances left much to be desired. If they look a bit sloppy you sort of question what might be going on in the kitchen. One breakfast and 4 different people. Needs streamlined. One table, one waitress. He table behind me had three different waiters ask them about what they would like to drink. So that pretty much shows how long it took for their drinks to come out after they ordered...

We were excited to try this diner for the first time and brought a few friends along. Unfortunately, our visit was a big disappointment. While delivering our drinks, our waitress accidentally dumped an entire tray—one tomato juice and three glasses of ice water—on me and one of my friends. Accidents happen, and she did say “sorry,” but after that, we were moved to another table, handed a few towels, and she never returned.

Another server brought our food, which was actually quite good, but we were soaked, cold, and headed to a theater show where we’d have to sit like that for hours. We didn’t make a scene—we quietly ate and tried to make the best of it.

What was truly disappointing was receiving a full bill with no acknowledgment or apology from a manager. When I went to the counter to speak to someone, I was met with, “What do you want?” After explaining the situation, the manager’s response was a dismissive, “Fine, I’ll pay for it,” in a tone clearly meant to make me feel guilty for bringing it up.

Accidents are understandable. A lack of accountability and basic...

The food was delicious. Our service experience was horrible. We arrived and were seated right away. The host got our drinks and menu’s. We then sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our server. I had to stop the bus boy and ask who our server was. He grabbed her and she came back and apologized saying they were backed up. She took our order. We waited another 30 minutes for our food. In the meantime I never saw our server again. I had to stop the host for a refill on our coffee. Our food was finally brought out by one of the food runners. Our waitress came back halfway through the meal to write down what our drinks were. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. The host came by to clear our plates and I gave him the tip. He earned it. I understand being understaffed but the experience was very disappointing. Im hoping that they can pull it together. It’s nice having a Sunday eating out option...
