Hi Tech Phone Doctor — Local services in Sulphur

I dropped my phone it shattered the screen and my phone went black. I thought for sure it was done for. I went to my provider and it was going to cost an arm and leg to get a new phone, pay off the old one etc. ECT. I brought my phone to Hi Tech in Sulphur on the corner of Napoleon and Beglas. Mr. Nissan greeted me and we discussed my problem. My particular phone required a new screen that was on the more expensive side. I was concerned that spending more money on a broken phone may not have been in my best interest. Mr. Nissan explained to me that if the new screen did not fix my phone I would not owe him a penny. If he can't fix it, I don't pay. It was a no brainer after that. Where can you find that kind of service today. Well my phone is fixed. I saved over $500 and very satisfied. My advice to you if you are having phone issues bring it to Hi Tech first. You have nothing to loose. He was courteous kind and understanding. A great business to have in Sulphur....

I got my phone fixed by this company 2x in 2 months and i’m still having screen issues. this isn’t the only time i’ve complained about the faulty screens. it’s literally with every phone i’ve gotten fixed by this phone company. issues I wasn’t having before i’m having. yes they will TRY to fix the problem with a new screen but when you mess up other things with the phone, what’s a new screen? i had face id before they messed with it, now I don’t. so I asked for my money back and got denied. constantly taking my phone back to them should be more than enough reasons for them to look into the same complaints but they don’t. they can’t fix the damage they done & won’t refund me so now I have to order my own phone screen and get someone to help me out with it. save your money and go to a company that cares. this phone company only...

I recently went to the one in Sulphur, was treated rudely the whole time. He yelled at me for coming to check in on my device. I dropped off my switch so that he could replace a broken joystick, and when I got it back the display wasn’t working. It was working before I gave it to him, the only issue was the joystick. He then told me that he was going to charge ME for the damage he caused. He said that it was me who caused the damage because it “had been opened before” when I had never opened it & bought it brand new. He is a liar and a scammer. I took my switch somewhere else because I didn’t want to give this crook any more business and he cost me $120 in damages. Do not take your business to the hitech on east...
