Went last Saturday morning shopping for a mattress. The sales lady said what is your price range hundreds or thousands. I , Told I wasn’t sure? My aunt gave a mattress and I liked it but wanted a bigger size. She said okay I’ll go look it up, another lady said they don’t have them anymore, I asked if I could get it somewhere else. Dishonest, unprofessional, horrible service after the sale. Special ordered a leather recliner for my mom after a stroke. Chair was lopsided and the seat was hardly padded. Called and left numerous messages. With no returned calls. Manager was literally dodging my phone calls. Took two weeks for someone to come look at it. Added a little padding.
