Hair Divas — Local services in Summersville

I had an appointment scheduled for January 3rd at 12:00pm. I messaged the stylist who was doing my hair a week before to confirm the appointment. No response. January 3rd comes and the salon is closed on Mondays. I figured most salons are closed on Mondays, but since she still scheduled me I assumed Hair Divas was open. I scheduled this appointment months in advance (in November). I tried calling and texting my stylist but she never once answered or responded to any of my calls or texts. I also messaged the salon and have not received a response from them either. This is extremely unprofessional. This was my first time trying a salon in WV (I’m from KY) and I was very let down. I can’t wait another 2 months for another appointment. This was very disappointing and was supposed to be a family friend. Luckily she didn’t require a deposit or I would have lost my money. I had an appointment at 8:30 am today with christy postalwait she is amazing she did an absolute wonderful job on my hair ...... I’ve not been to a salon in a very long time but decided today was the day for a change to be made she trimmed up my hair washed it massages my scalp and hair gave me the royal treatment..... she took her time with me and really listed to me I will keep going back to her .....this place is wonderful such nice and caring people .... thanks...
