This is the worst experience we ever had, you might know me as the 10 year old kid with the smoothie. So we came here to support and buy from small businesses. When we saw the blinds down and the door locked we assumed you were closed, until we saw the opening times ( Wednesday-Saturday) (12:00-6:00ish) and we were there at 1:30, so we ring the bell and no one answers after 3 minutes. We head back to the car and then saw someone opening the blinds and unlocking the door. We are like ok let’s try out this place we head inside and get no welcome or reason why the door was locked and the blinds were closed. I sit down and watch my mom and her friend shop. My mom asked how much a dress is because there was no price tag she, “says ask me how much each clothing cost most of them cost under $100.” Well that’s not that specific. So we leave and write a review, minutes later she responds really rudely says,”it was 110 degrees out side so that’s why the blinds were closed.” It was 85 degrees outside, and she says some other rude things, 10 minutes later she changes it to make her look nice and to make us look bad. She also says,” We have to schlegel an appointment to come here.” Then she says,” All you hade to do is ring the bell it says,” ring for deliveries and costumers.” First of all it does not it just says,” ring for deliveries.” Oh yeah when you assumed we got smoothies from down the street, that’s so rude to assume where we got something. After we left the review. We saw her close the binds and lock the doors. Worst experience ever.

Read moreBiggest waste of time. According to Google and Instagram, the store hours are 12-6ish Wednesday-Saturday. We showed up a little after 1 to find the blinds down and door locked, which was strange. We rang the bell and waited with no response. After several minutes and us getting in the car, we noticed an employee raise the blinds and unlock the door. So, we thought we would give it a try. It would have been nice to have been greeted and some recognition about the shop being locked during business hours. I had to ask about the prices. The sales person confirmed that yes, you need to ask about the prices. For each item, yes. We support small businesses in Summerville. We even went to multiple boutiques today in Summerville. Unfortunately, I will not visit or recommend this store in the future. And, from reading the other reviews, customer service doesn’t seem to be priority.
Edited after the owners reply: so it seems there is a common thread here. All the one bad reviews according to the owner are “rude and petty”. What business owner calls multiple customers “rude and petty”. You should take the reviews (good and bad) seriously and think about how customers actually feel about your business not “how you think they should feel” when in your store. We were NOT greeted, you sat behind your desk, and there was no explanation of why the door was locked. You could have said, “ hello and welcome in. Is this your first time in?’ And then you could have explained why the door was locked and blinds pulled down since we were new customers. I ordered the in stock gift on Sunday night and needed the gift by the following Saturday evening. Since that allowed 5 business days and 1 weekend day for delivery, I assumed that I was totally safe to receive the product using 2-3 day expedited delivery. Unfortunately, the package arrived the following Monday, 6 business days after I placed the order. When I contacted customer service they informed me that they placed the order for shipment on Wednesday so it was not their fault that I did not receive it by Friday. They refused to reimburse me. Very poor customer service. They promise 2-3 day expedited delivery, but do not even request to ship until the 2nd- 3rd day after the order is placed. They were completely unapologetic about missing the 2-3 day delivery promise. They blamed the shipping company/Covid even though they did not even initiate shipment to me until 2-3 days after I placed the order, which made it impossible for me to receive it on time.
