Worst experience here. Went inside because the pump wasn't taking the extra card to get the discounted gas. Inside was having issues as well and then manager older lady dark hajr- keeps her left hand in pocket. Said my account was on hold because we had spent too much on it that day- exceeded our limit. This was before 9am and was my first time using the card since connected to checking account. Leave my items cause not buying anything here when can't get gas. Go back to pump and use the app and suddenly it works. Go back inside to get my items and tell the lady their system is messing up because it worked through the app at the pump. She got a nasty attitude of I can't argue with a computer and I told her I was just informing her that she might want to report it because if it was giving me issues it would probably give someone else issues. She continued to argue and I said please just ring me out and don't talk to me anymore. She snapped I can't ring you out now..you can just leave and that it was my issue it wasn't working.

Worst customer experience and honestly has me deciding I will drive out of my way to any other gas station and avoid this one...

I stop at this store all the time to get ⛽️ most of the time filling up my car and use the restroom I was there around 10:30pm sun feb 2nd and I was about to do the normal fill up and use the restroom and there was a cart blocking the entrance and I asked why the cart was there is it for cleaning and the lady said no it was for people stealing and I told her I'm not 1 of them do you mind if I use it because I do uber and I've been driving for a while I really need to go and she told me to go find a truck stop somewhere and the truck stop is a good 8 miles from that store so I want be going back to that store filling my car I'll just go to the truck stop and get gas ⛽️ there to I understand business need to control theft and criminal activity but closing every restroom in Summerville not answer decent people still need somewhere to go unless you want everyone to start using the parking lots I say make everyone get a key or get buzzed in then you could monitor who's in and out and press charges against whoever is doing wrong everyone is not a...

I would not recommend this store at all. They never have what you order. They never offer to make any and when asking for a refund they cant do that either. All they do is offer something else that I dont want. I spoke directly to the manager on more than one occasion about this and was promised that it will never happen again, yet it always happens every time. Also, I was told to leave the store along with several other patrons when their electricity went off during a tornado. The manager on duty told us to leave and locked the door behind us. The weather was so bad the trash barrels outside the store were sailing through the air and tree limbs were coming down. It was later confirmed that a tornado did actually go through that exact area at that time, but yet we werent allowed safe haven inside the store and had to weather the storm outside in their parking lot.
