Poor customer service. Called a week in advance to book a one night stay for my dog. Was told they had availability, and to bring him by at some point beforehand so they could do a behavior assessment and make sure he was okay to be around other dogs. We did this, he passed, and I said "see you Saturday!" Which was met with an affirmative response.
Come to Saturday, we show up for my dog's boarding, and they have no record of a reservation, and no availability. Evidently, nobody took the time to actually make the reservation! Furthermore, the staff were very unhelpful, and gave me no options. They just said they were sorry, and there was nothing they could do. Zero attempt to accommodate me, provide other thoughts or ideas, or even pretend to care about my wellbeing. Nobody has even bothered to reach out to me since my issue. It's like I'm invisible to these folks.

My dogs were happy, and they were sweet about my calling to check on them. They also provided a doggy report card of my dogs' stay including a picture, how they were behaving, and what they were doing.
Leaving my dogs with Doginhaus turned out to be a no brainer, and it makes me want to come back to Park City again, as my dogs were so happy and well cared...
Read moreTried to take a tour to see if this place would be a good fit for our dog and cats, unfortunately it wasn’t. They are very odd when it comes to being open about showing their facility. My spouse kept kindly requesting if he could even get the smallest peek to see anything-I mean they were so hesitant, they finally let him take the fastest look into the cat area. He said it was absolutely depressing, the size of a small closet, dark, and just the enclosure. No toys, no windows, no ventilation, smelled, and there was only one cat in there that hissed and appeared very stressed. Cats and all animals need more than that! This facility shouldn’t even be boarding them. They also mentioned they have cameras where you can watch them (but of course they...
