Worse eggs ever. I ordered a breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, salsa. I never got the green salsa so why ask me what type I want. The eggs were fake and very slimy. When orders were ready no one knew who’s order was who’s. The person taking orders did not ask for a name and everyone in the place ordered a burrito. There was 8 people in the store and orders got messed up. Disappointed as I was hoping for a good burrito, and it was gross.

I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and today was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the sunrise breakfast sandwich. It’s been a while since I’ve stopped in, but what happened to the meat and cheese? $8 for a bagel with the thinnest slice of ham and cheese. No butter on the bagel, barely toasted. Dry and bland. 😑 small bottle of branded OJ was $4.

Cheap Eats! Great spot for a quick little breakfast sandwich. These sandwiches aren't so little they are packed with all the fixings! I would suggest getting an everything bagel. The plain are lacking a little flavor. Save room for a cinnamon sugar bagel for the road!

What a terrible experience and I am giving two stars because my family and I have been coming here for years and if I hadn’t been a regular customer I would have given a One Star. This morning we walk in at 10am and only 4 bagel bins had bagels so obviously they have been busy but for a Saturday morning you think they would have more available anyway as we order our food we discover things just falling apart with the electric. Understanding employees might be frazzled but now I go to get an ice tea (which was empty) and the whole machine explodes so I ask for a towel so I can clean up the mess, when I lean over the counter to ask I notice one of the employees scratching himself .... like a baseball player. Then I am still waiting on our order as others behind me are already getting theirs but then I jump as a huge mouse runs out from behind counter and into the trash bin area... NOT ok! As I start to really look around and notice the place is very dirty everywhere so sad as we will never go back. The owner should be ashamed!!!! Oh and our order came out wrong, I wasn’t...

I've been here for 5 years and have been going to the Jeremy PCBB regularly. It has gone downhill (notice that the other reviews are a year old). Since the opening of the second shop the Jeremy store has become neglected. The store is disgusting. Windows are filthy, floor is filthy. The espresso machine is antiquated and nobody seems to know how to use it. I wish I could say that this was a one time lapse but it appears this is the new status quo. PCBB it will take more than a new coat of paint to turn things around. Entrepreneurs- The Jeremy/Pine Brook area could really use a great bakery/coffee shop. Why should we all have to drive into Park City for a...

I've given these guys 3 tries but won't be returning. The biggest thing is the service. Not welcoming, not friendly, not helpful, and not thankful. I really got the impression that I wasn't welcome. When she handed me the food, there was no smile or thank you. Not a word. I said, "Thank you, have a great day!" No response. I got home and my bacon was almost raw (asked for crispy), and there was no cream cheese on my bagel. Worst BEC ever. In this economy, I just spent my hard-earned money at this local establishment, and I was treated like they don't need my business. Got it! I'd suggest spending your money at a big chain before...
