Really terrible customer service. Embarrassingly terrible customer service. Not just to us but others walking in the store as well. It's actually the worst I've seen someone treat customers just entering a store. Stores also a mess. They have some good deals but take your business elsewhere I don't think they have interest in staying open with how awful they treat customers. Also, if you're taking any precautions against COVID-19 - this store not for you. Sign on the door says masks optional because we respect your rights shrug. I absolutely adore this place! I just got a SUPER cute lamp and ottoman, and Mary couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. Or maybe she could, I don’t know! Super knowledgeable about decorating, color matching and contrasting, and even helping me put words to my taste. The shop is fantastic too; every price point from tens of dollars to thousands of dollars is well represented. Definitely something for EVERYONE there. It’s definitely my new favorite home...

Great decor and furniture, reasonable prices when listed. Their service needs improvement. I'm not sure why things aren't priced. I didn't want to have to give the worker my number to have them call me later to get a price on something that I wanted to purchase immediately. I'm rarely in the area so I don't want to have to come back to get it. In my opinion things should not be on the floor if they are not for sale...
