Steve whom im assuming is the owner of the business has built me 2 gaming computers over the last month. I can tell you I could not be happier with the results. He is prompt and very communicative. And the turnover rate for him getting the parts to having the computer built is unmatched. I will definitely be referring the business to anyone in need of computer needs. With my very limited knowledge with the internal components steve was able to explain and have me understand what he was planning to do. The prices are amazing and he worked with me both times. He even was willing to stay open for pickup past the time of closing due to my weekday work schedule. Couldn't be happier with my experience. If I had more hands I would give this place and unprecedented amount of thumbs up. I will keep this business in mind when in need of repairs...

So amazing. As a teen who had just built my first ever custom pc from scratch, I did run into a few issues, and had to take my pc somewhere to fix said issues.

I can’t lie when I say that they wouldn’t have been my first choice, if my grandmother didn’t urge me to book with them, but I am forever grateful that it ended up the way it did, and wouldn’t have had it any other way.

I took my pc in to them, and they had it done for me the NEXT DAY. They also had a rundown on paper of all the things that were wrongly placed, and the man whom had fixed it up for me went over everything that was done right and wrong. I appreciated it very much, and went home with a perfect pc.

(They also have another small shop within the repair shop, and they have amazing books, candles, incenses, oils, and more, uand I bought some stuff there...

Turned on my work laptop this morning, and found out my hard drive was going bad. Would run for about 15 minutes, and then would shut down. Took it to Steve at ProTech Computers, who provided a detailed explanation of what he was going to try to do to fix the problem. Approximately 5 hours later, I had my laptop back, and it is fully functional. He was able to clone the defective hard drive to a new and faster drive. I’ve been able to work for the past few hours and am so thankful that I did not lose any applications or data. And to top it off, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend...
