Filed under "be a tourist in your own town" One of the very few cerebral outings (please forgive the pretentiousness) in Jackson I have been visiting the Hurst Planetarium for years now. However in my first return trip since the COVID farce I was disappointed to discover that the tour of the night sky presentation is no longer included with the "film".

It was a wonderful program about space and our planets. There was a knowledgeable young lady who opened the program and ended it with answering questions. She was really on point. I am surprised that there weren't more in attendence and I thought this would be a great place for a school field trip.
