We needed some stretching and cleaning of of carpets at our old house to get it ready to sell. Brad, the owner, came out to assess the nature of the stretching and stain removal. Jackie, co-owner and wife of Brad, handled the scheduling (she was amazing and made me feel like family). Brad was very trustworthy and I could tell he knew his stuff. Kevin was the technician who came to take care of the carpet. I felt very comfortable with him there and could tell he was very knowledgeable. After all was done, the carpet stretching looked great as did the cleaning.

I also had Crystal Carpet Care clean the carpet to our new house. Nicholas was the technician and he did a good job making the carpets nice and clean. However, during the drying process, we noticed a spot that seemed like it should have been easily gotten. Kevin came over and explained that sometimes there are stains that go down into the padding and sort of wick up after cleaning/drying. He was able to treat it and it looks great.

I requested for a carpet repair service. I had cut away a small section of carpet (about 3 ft x 4 inches) from my loft area when we had to remodel the area. We thought we were going to place hardwood in the area but due to work, time, and expense constraints, we decided to leave the carpet. But now I have a small void in the area. So I patched as best as I could and even rented carpet repair kit from Home Depot. But it still bugged me. So Crystal Carpet Care came to the rescue. But when Mo came, he looked at the area and said that it was the best repair anyone could have done. The patch would always look like that because of the differing level of use and wear on the carpet. He informed me that he would hate to charge me for work that they could practically not improve on. And I really really appreciated his honesty. It truly goes a long way. We are currently in a rental situation due to a house fire at our home. Our elderly female cat has stopped using her litter box and has managed to destroy the carpet in one of the bedrooms with urine stains and odor. We thought certain we were going to have to replace the carpet. I found Crystal Carpet Care, who told me on the phone that if they didn't think they could get the stain/odor out, they wouldn't even start the job and charge me for it. She sent a representative out to look, who felt as if he had a 50/50 chance of getting it out.I wanted to give it a shot, so I had Joe come out to do a trial treatment on the one bedroom, and WOW!
