2021 Stopped here for a new Italian soda (FLAVOR ) the layered strawberry and green apple. I had my first one in Kent and it was great ! flavor and presentation. So, I stopped at this location like around 11pm for another one because yes, it was that good and unfortunately it turned out to be something totally different that's including the presentation it was very sour and not good at all. I had asked for half of a can of red bull and I was ignored so she ended up giving me the whole can which I believe was the reason why it turned out even to be more sour on top of the sourness of the green apple. So, she basically did it her way ( speak about customer service ) She was also being rude! she wasn't understanding very well she was having a hard time I guess. I told her the drink did not look like what I had shown her and totally ignored me. Most of these chicks act rude and don't have experience and believe me I would know I've been to Issaquah, kent, Renton, Auburn, Puyallup, Sumner and Tacoma locations. Read moreWe were staying in the hotel next door. I sent my son with $20 to buy a $9 smoothie. He was told they couldn’t give him change. No problem I thought…I went back there spoke to the same employee that had helped him and asked to buy a coffee for myself with his $11 change they had kept or take the $20 back and pay for both with my card. She remembered him and said “Sorry, we don’t give change and I told your son this. He seemed confused.” Yes he was I said. She refused to do anything. Wow! What a way to increase your tips. My son said the smoothie is delicious and I bought a coffee here two weeks ago when we were in town for basketball as we are this weekend. Needless to say I will not support them again. It would have been very simple to either credit a coffee for me with his change or let me pay with my card. I own a bar and frequently leave big tips as I see how much it means to my own employees to feel appreciated by customers, but just keeping change from a kid is wrong. Read moreI frequent Bigfoot Java quite often. My friend and I. We will buy a two Red Bull drink each. They don't have anywhere for you to sit so we park our car in their parking lot while we're sipping on our double Red Bull drink and the employee comes out and tells us we can't be on their property that it's private. We know it's private but we're customers. We just spent $24 at your location. We should be able to stay more than 5 minutes drinking a drink. This is the second time that this has happened at two different Bigfoot Javas within 5 minutes of spending $24. What is the problem with Bigfoot Java and considering themselves private property when a customer is all they're trying to do is drink and consume what they spent. We'll go somewhere else next time where customers are appreciated. Possibly like McDonald's or Starbucks where you at least have 30 minutes to an hour to enjoy a conversation and drink your drink.
