S/b zero stars!! I had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting the owner. I went Into the shop to return one of those magnetic credit card cases Because it was falling apart. He was very nice about it and gave me a brand new case. I started looking at the masks and picked one out. I didn't buy anything so I was going to use my $10 gift card toward the mask. He practically threw the mask at me and said to get out of his store and to never come back. And to keep the mask.. How embarrassing for me. As I was leaving the sales lady told me he acted that way since I didn't buy anything. I am a single woman who lives on Social security. 1st of all they mark everything up really high and they take 50% off of it and you are actually paying more for the item then you should be in a department store. I will not be returning to the store ever again. And I will let people know how I was treated by this man. Totally...

Wow...this male store manager Sonny is a real jerk, as previously stated in the other 2 reviews! No wonder his store is empty compared to the Tolliver Square Store on Bell/116th. He would not honor a $10/coupon from the Tolliver Square store...and yet Tolliver Square sent me to his store to purchase from him. Are you kidding me??? He was, rude, unfriendly, and un-compassionate. I stated they sent me to his store, and said he would work with me...do not count on that happening. If will be a cold day...before I ever patronize his rudeness, and unwillingness to work with customers again. Plus here's the best part, he kept my $10 coupon from Tolliver Square and did not/failed to put it back in my bag with my purchase. Honestly, talk about a devious/shady character...

I have shopped here for over a decade at least. I’ve never been disappointed with staff or prices or merchandise. Love the coupons sent to me! Everything is unique and special - not what you’d find elsewhere but only in a high class boutique, yet the prices are absolutely fantastic!
