Pulled into their parking lot which was under construction and there was a large drop just inside their entrance from paved to dirt which not only did significant damage to my vehicle, but was also too high to drive back out without tearing off my bumper and doing even more damage. I had to have someone drive over wirh RAMPS in order to get out. No signs, no markers, not even some dirt to lessen the drop. Came here with a appt from 0300-0900 and I checked in at 0800 and they said I was late. Someone on the computer side messed up but they gave me a door, and unloaded fairly quick. Also they have a restroom available and overnight parking on success street. Only got docked a star because the yard due came at with with a huge attitude thinking I was going to block dock doors when I was backing up to let the guy in...
