Round House Reserve / Wax House Dispensary — Local services in Sunland Park

Been coming here for a few months and liked it for its deals and customer service until today. So I called saturday night at 8:37 p.m. and talked to the manager about me bringing in a verve pen I bought 2 days prior that just stopped working. The manager said to bring it in so they could try troubleshooting it to make it work. So I go in on sunday around 1 and the budtender name is "ever" but think he is lying about it and told me that i didn't talk to a manager because he was there the night before and claimed to be the only one in the store at the time and refused service to me for always going in and making exchanges when he charged me for a cart but it was really some wax that i got. He began yelling at me, throwing his arms in the air, and told me to shop somewhere else. I just dont understand the switch up cause "ever" was the same guy that sold me the pens and was so cool with getting me the carts and the last 2 underdawgs they had. All i wanted was my pen fixed cause the other one works still and just got yelled at/refused service. Drove over 40 mins today just to get here on 1/19/25 and get the door shut and locked on me I got there at 7:45 and he say me getting off and the guy proceeds to turn off all the lights and lock the door on me and say yells at me through the door we’re closed and I.preceed to ask why are you closing early I called ahead of time and was told you close at 8 I still have 15 mins and pretty much drive all this way for nothing and and he rudely opens the door on me almost shoving me with it and say we’re closed we close at 8 even though it wasn’t even 8 yet and still isn’t 8 as I’m posting this In the parking lot just dumbfounded at how he really closed up in my face and was so rude about it he legit watched me park up in front and closed up early I love this dispensary but people like this are what ruin it this was just lazy and rude better customer service...

Place is a bit sus tbh. Prices are good don’t get it twisted, but I’ve been smoking for almost 20 years and have been to many dispensaries in the area. I know how it goes and I’m not too sure if the quality is what they claim. On top of that there is one employee there that is always sweating me for some reason. Employee has rubbed me wrong a few times and it’s obvious that that person is not very knowledgeable. This employee also has tried to tell me I have no reward points multiple times when I clearly have a lot of points. This individual is sus period and clearly lies about the quality of the flower at times. This place is my last resort when it comes to choosing dispensaries in the area. It’s no wonder their prices are so low, you get what you pay for...
