I used to shop here all the time. The deals were really good until one day when I went in to buy a cart battery Which keep in mind I have already bought in three cart batteries from this dispensary. The girl told me it was only going to be $10. When I check my account it told me that it was a charge of $16. Because I went back two hours later, the girl did not recall who I was there, for she did not give me my money back. The girl did not give me back my money. She denied that she pocketed that extra cash. I think itās crazy because dispensaries make so much money, and bud tenders make tips, so I donāt understand why this bud tender would decide to take my money. This is the third time Iāve heard of this happening. Unfortunately I was the third victim. I will not be buying anything from here anymore. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this dispensary.
And they are suppose to warn you about atm charges which I was not. I have come with my cash app card all the time. And this was the first time I was not informed and given my 3 Additional dollars back. They took $6. Basically the price of a pre roll.
The front desk girl is also cutting up IDs she believes to be fake. Idk what gives you all the authority to take that sort of action. If someone is using a fake ID CALL THE COPS. what happens if you cut a card that is not fake. Also donāt have the employees bragging about cutting up the cards to other employees in front of customers. That is unprofessional and unnecessary.

Itās really frustrating and Iāve had associates look me dead in the eye and help someone else that came behind me not just once or twice. The market is so over saturated with dispensaries I just expected better from a place with such good reviews. Thereās over 5 dispensaries on this street, if this one is taking too long you can definitely walk across the street to another one before theyāll hit your place in ālineā. Unless youāre hand making my pens it shouldnāt take over 15 mins to get the slightest acknowledgment from staff. And Iāve come on a Sundayā¦Iām sure the slowest day of the week. It gets two stars because when you are FINALLY helped, theyāre semi decent associates but of course because they need to be once theyāre face to face. But weāve stopped tipping because of constantly bad service, severe lack of product knowledge, and having to go around and constantly ask for assistance. Whatever prebaked excuse for why they have for this do me a favor and save it, word of mouth works fast enough for me. Iāve been a cashier for years in a variety of places there really is no excuse anymore. Treat the people that walk in the same way you would want to be treated when you go somewhere. I went in today and presented my New Mexico digital ID as I have many times in the past with no problem. This time however I was not allowed in. The clerk at the check in desk didnāt know what to do when I presented him with my digital ID. I had told him I had used it at least half a dozen times in the last month. He then said he needed to check with management. The next guy came ( manager? He didnāt say), to the front desk to check on the issue. I explained to him that Iād used the digital ID many times before there at dark matter with no issue. He took one look at my ID on my phone and said that that wasnāt an acceptable form of identification. I informed him that I had used it before. He copped an attitude and said to leave and not to come back until I brought a real ID. He was on the verge of throwing me out even though I was more than happy to leave on my own accord. My digital ID is accepted all over the country, even at TSA checkpoints where I have used it and gotten through. This guy was uninformed could care less that I was a regular customer and his ignorance showed in that he had zero customer service skills. The product is good there and the bud tenders are the best. Dark matter has plenty of customers, but count me out from now on. Like I said after spending $4200 there in the last 17 months I think iād get a little more effort to resolve my issue.
