Experience was great with techs and exams up until the sales rep who was supposed to help us with selecting glasses. My partner was waiting for me to get out of exam. We waited until we both had time to sit with sales rep. Since area was alread busy we couldn't really look around due to COVID. We were literally sitting far apart from each other patiently waiting for a spot to open. He already had a few frames selected. She asked if she can pick out a few for me. No such luck with that. She said go ahead and look at other frames. Had no idea I couldnt touch or try on any of them - absolutely no instructions provided! There were signs hanging up, but I did not see until getting half way through their selection. She came around the corner. Loudly saying you can't touch anything. Give me whatever you touched I will have to go in back to clean them. Ok! So went back to sit down, partner wanted to look at more frames. She again was being loud and was telling him 'your time is up it's been like an hour. Your girlfriend can look since her 30 minutes has already started.' I had no idea we were being timed on finding glasses! At this point many eyes around the room were looking our way. By far worst experience finding a good pair of glasses. I know it's COVID times, but a little common courtesy and politeness can go far! I would not recommend buying glasses from here. I would give it 5 stars if the rep didn't ruin...
Read moreI’ve been their customer for the past five years. Unfortunately, I’ll have to drop them. Their front desk representative and doctors are fine, but the issues are:
[1] the associate (not sure of their title) who will help the doctor key in the data and suppose to explain the insurance and cost/fee for you. The associate that I worked with in 2022 did the 🙄 face all the time, and the tone he spoke was disrespectful in person or on the telephone.
This morning I had another phone call with him. Again he not only did not change his working attitude but also spoke in an even worse disrespectful tone. ---- this is the final straw that made me leave them forever.
[2] the lady who will call you to confirm the appointment date. She will selectively fill into doctors' schedules based on her mood. If she's happy that day, you'll get an appointment asap. If she had a bad day, the next appointment that she booked for you would be 2.5 months later, and you'll have to ask her to check the schedule very nicely and comfort her, and suddenly there will be available slots popups. 🤷🏻♀️
[3] they never call my preferred name. I know it's personal, but by not calling my preferred name, there may be a chance that they have not carefully read all the data/forms I submitted.
[4] very few Asian-fit frame selections. Most frames are out of fashion and not cute (ugly).

The lady at the reception told my wife over the phone that they had my frames model available within 10 days; so I scheduled an exam as my prescription needed to be updated and headed there after few days. The welcome was very average. I signed a overly lengthy form ( not sure if all tthe requested information os relevant for an eye exam...). The UI was terrible and it took me around 15 min to be able to complete the form. They walked me to the waiting area at which point a lady came out of the lab asking me about the frames I wanted. I repeated all the info my Wife gave them few days ago and she acted surprised. She mentioned that those frames were not available and it ll take more than a month to order them. I could not beleive it. I went back to the reception lady who retracted. She literally said:" I dont know what your wife told you but I never said the frames would be available before at least two weeks" hinting at the fact that my wife might have distorted the info!!! At that point I refused to receive any service or do any business at this optometrist. The welcome lady told me then there is a 25 usd charge for not sure what. I refused. The Manager had to come out listen to the full story again and let me go...overall waisted a full hour for nothing due to non professional...
