The Love Store — Local services in Sunrise Manor

I was at this location last night as of 8/15/2023. I asked one of the associates if I could use the restroom and Megan who was currently helping me directed me where the bathrooms were which was the women’s restroom on the right side. As I approached the restroom I saw the door was open, enough to where I could’ve squoze through it. When I came to the restroom, an associate named Crystal, popped out of the bathroom. I didn’t know someone was in there seeing as how the bathroom door was already opened when I came to the hallway. I jumped because I was startled, and the associate did say sorry, but acted like nothing happened. Even though I mentioned to her twice that she literally scared me. I felt frozen from panick. If an associate was in the bathroom irregardless of what they were doing in there, the door should’ve been shut completely and possibly locked too especially seeing as how it is a private bathroom with only one toilet and sink. But that wasn’t the case here at all. I mentioned to Megan what had happened and she informed of how I could leave this review. I did make a purchase that night and Megan was incredibly helpful of guiding me on products and how to use them properly for my partner and I, on top of how to care and clean after the product has been used. The store was very clean and quiet with relaxing/good vibe music, which helped a lot with my social anxiety while I was shopping. Thank you Megan...

Usually when I'm here, I have a phenomenal experience. The staff is always super friendly and attentive.

Tonight on the other hand, the two employees on shift would deter me from shopping there anymore.

My husband and I walked in at about 1:30am. We were greeted by the male on shift (shorter, copper colored hair). The woman (taller, with braids) didn't say anything.

We had wandered around the store browsing items, talking amongst ourselves, discussing products. Started with the lingerie, made a full circle around the store, and ended up back at the lingerie in front of the register.

We were in the store for maybe about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Not once were we approached and asked if we needed help finding anything. The woman was on her phone the whole time and the man looked like he was focused on inventory.

If they were focused on inventory, that's fine.... But since there were two employees on shift, one of them could have stopped to at least offer assistance.

Needless to say, this company won't be getting my business while these two employees...

One of the female staff members on Wednesday, November 24th at 2:15 am was rude. I had a question about how old do you have to be to be able to go in. Because I thought you had to be 21, but turns out you have to be 18 with a ID. So she answers the phone with no greeting an with a non-helpful or friendly voice. I ask the question an she says "You have to be 18 yrs old with a ID." I then proceed to say Thank you an she doesnt even say your welcome or anything. She just hangs the phone up in my face. I thought that was very rude at least you can say your welcome or have a good night. So I dont know if I'll go to this store, because right off the bat before I even think about going to the store the lady on the phone was rude. So now I think the whole staff...
