On December 16th, my pregnant wife and I arrived at Walker where our experience was marred by several disappointments. James, our initial assistant, appeared disinterested in providing essential information such as warranty details and pricing. Instead, he merely followed us around. Additionally, his knowledge about the couches was lacking, initially suggesting that pillows could be washed, only to retract the statement upon realizing the material.
Fortunately, Mahtab stepped in, offering more comprehensive information. Despite this improvement, we encountered another setback when our couch was delivered on Sunday, the 17th. An automated call assured us that the setup crew would wear masks and shoe covers. However, upon their arrival on Monday the 18th, we were dismayed to find them wearing sneakers and walking over our new home's floors with their shoes on.
The situation worsened when the setup crew attempted to persuade us to accept a couch with missing stitching. Remembering Mahtab's advice not to sign if anything was amiss, we refused. Even when a manager became involved, they also tried to convince us to keep the damaged couch, contrary to the salesperson's recommendation.
Ultimately, we managed to have the crew take away half of the couch and reschedule the delivery. The entire process has left us thoroughly disappointed with the level of service and communication breakdowns we experienced.

I purchased a beautiful modular terracotta sectional from Ms. B and she was such a great help throughout the process. I wanted to add an armless chair to my sectional to make it bigger and Ms. B looked in her inventory and made it happen. Ms. B also helped with the ottoman that came with the sectional, measurements, and pricing. Ms. B helped in any way she could and was always very patient and accommodating.
