I’m sad. I have been looking forward to another trip to Random Boutique since my last visit at Christmas 2 years ago. Things were different yesterday. There aren’t many facilities between Oro Valley and Apache Junction and I needed to go by the time we reached the Random Boutique. The employees told me they didn’t have a restroom and to go to…. Oh that’s closed. I asked again and one employee mentioned a place and the other said it was closed. I asked why I couldn’t use the one in the store I had used last time? The response…the owner was really mad the last time they had let someone use it. My only option it seemed was to carry on to Apache Junction. It’s a shame for me and the shop owner because last time my daughter and I spent several hundred dollars there. Why why why? Businesses want your money even though you’re not good enough to used their bathroom. When I am made to feel this way…I move on. The signs at this store were hilarious. Granted this is a store tailored more toward women, we really enjoyed looking around. The atmosphere was very inviting and made you feel at home, very welcoming. The owner was a wonderful lady who addressed us and held a conversation with us, very helpful.
