I purchased $1600 in shower surround walls and $1100 for a shower pan. It came in two different shipments, communication with Estes Exlress was terrible, they oitsourced to Accurate Cargo and driver was unsure of himself and could not drive his box truck through a 12-ft gate opening, had to have husband come out and guide him through. Item was damaged. Customer service basically told me they could come out and return it and I would need to reorder everything and wait another 6 weeks to have it delivered. Did not want to go through that nightmare again. When contacting the trucking company made it a point to let them know my driveway was 300 ft long with a gate and would need a box truck to get it to the driveway. Since the driver for accurate cargo was unsure of himself and could not drive through the gate my husband had to go out and guide him through and then still had to help him unload it. Looked like it had been rolling around in the back of the truck from the previous delivery that did not get delivered because his liftgate was broken, and was still broken when he delivered it the next day. Which is why he needed help unloading it. After unboxing there were gouge marks on the bottom panel and the corners were all gnarled off there were pieces missing out of the side. Was still waiting for my shower pan to show up which was also a nightmare delivery and will be on another review. Still have parts that I need to order to finish the shower remodel but will definitely not be ordering them from home depot. If I order a $12 curbside part I have to show ID to prove its me but with a $3,000 order they're willing to leave it on the dirt driveway on the street for me to try to figure out how to get...

The service, staff, and location are all great! As someone who frequently returns items, I’ve spent a lot of time in the return line, often needing a larger or better size, or sometimes just picking the wrong item. I have to say, Robin is always excellent to work with—she has a pleasant personality and is very friendly. The store layout is a bit different from others I’ve visited, and it feels slightly smaller as well. I never get any bad vibes or energy when I’m there, and I’ve never experienced it being crowded, which makes me think they haven’t had the same influx of people as other stores, which to me is a great thing! The parking lot is relatively big and is not cluttered with all the rental equipment. Restrooms have always been clean, and the store is also clean. I like how many self-check outs there are, and the staff has always been invaluable and pleasant to work with. I give it four stars because, for me, it should be bigger, and some of the things I needed were not always there. This Home Drpot location has been the source of much frustration. I ordered blinds thru them. A person came.to the house and measured then I went to the store to choose my blinds. The salesperson was so inept that she admitted that she didnt know what she was doing and talked about her trip to Cancun and her food poisoning. I left and came back days later. Same person, n9 one else.was available to help.me. I tried to push thru and get the job done but she was a mess and nothing productive came from my 90 minutes with her. I went to the Bell & Grande location where I was helped. The person helping me.choose my blinds called this location and this location would not release my window measurements, which i paid for. It was awful and required store managers and arguments to get my blinds. I ordered an entire house full of blinds. This was not one blind. This location continues to be a source of frustration.
