Let me start by saying I absolutely love In N Out. The food is fresh and great quality for an unbeatable price. The burger portions I think tend to be kind of small (across the company) compared to most burger places but its so inexpensive that I don’t even care and just order an extra burger. This new location usually isn’t super busy and for those of us in Buckeye, it’s an easy drive. I’ve truly had mixed experiences here. A couple of times the items were input incorrectly at the drive through or employees were chatting and missed an item, and it took me asking questions a few times/ coming in to get it fixed. HOWEVER, every time I’ve come in alone with my 8 month old, they open the door for me. About a month or so ago a nice lady (who I’m assuming is a manager or shift lead) even helped me carry the food out to the car, because I didn’t have our stroller and the drive through would have taken a little longer than I could wait. As a mom that is such a huge lifesaver. I truly appreciate the customer service. Although at times it can be hit or miss, it won’t stop me from giving them...
Read moreThe burger didn’t quite meet expectations. The buns were hard around the edges and tasted stale, while the patty lacked much flavor. The fries had a similar stale taste. The vegetable toppings also seemed off—old and soggy, which didn’t help the overall experience. Given the high volume of customers at this location, it’s possible the staff had to prep burgers ahead of time to keep up with the rush, which may have caused the food to sit for a while. This could have affected the seasoning as well, with workers likely rushing through the steps and not seasoning the patties as thoroughly as they normally would. I’ve tried In-N-Out a few times, and it’s yet to live up to the hype for me. Maybe it’s because I’m used to Whataburger from growing up in Texas—I’ve noticed that Whataburger tastes better when you’re actually in Texas, so perhaps In-N-Out in California would be a different experience. That said, the friendly service and nostalgic, old-school burger joint vibe are definite highlights. But despite those positives, the burger didn’t quite meet the standard I was hoping for...
Read moreI'm so happy this newest location has finally opened! I really enjoy how pleasant the employees are, and I can tell training must be a 10/10. People are so quick to say the youth aren't good with customer service, but I say you get what you pay for with excellent training. The gal (I believe her name was Jasmyn, I might be misspelling it, so sorry if I have!) who took my order last week double checked that I didn't want any mustard or ketchup when she read back my order, as my burger was dry. I explained that I was one of the weirdos who didn't like condiments, and she laughed with me and said "Oh, no, no!" That's great service AND attention to detail when taking someone's order, and it didn't go unnoticed! You can find great food just about anywhere, but what keeps this place packed is always going to be great employees. Great job you guys. You've won yourself another family of loyal customers in...
