Dollar General — Local services in Surrey Township

Went today 2/24/22 and self check out only works if your using card so i thought ok i am gonna use bridge card and all i have is food so rang it all up and it said i still owe 2$ told the cashier and she acted like i should just pay it so i advised she it was all food and paid will bridge card so after her eye roll i said we will have too use the other register as i started to put stuff a the maned check out station i said well i hope i wont be getting charged twice because she just turned the screen to the self check out and walked away but after i mentioned that she said she will void it out well i happen to have the app on my phone that shows transactions and it was showing up as she stood there glaring at me i said you can continue with what you need to do im gonna wait to for things to check out on my end she told me i was hold her up but nobody was behind me accept the lady using the self check out so i ask for her name several times till she said Ashly or Alisha why i said because you was very rude and she began to back talk me as i was leaving if she cant handle working with public then she should not do it so needless to say i had an unpleasant experience in farwell dollar...

Lost my business with this one looks like I’m going to the one on the other side of town! The old lady you got running a register needs trained better and needs to be put in people training classes especially when she thinks she can point her finger at me and come at me like she was going to do some thing, was using my cupons and they didn’t work correctly cause she was trying to use my tap to pay instead of SCANNING THE BARCODE ON MY PHONE AS IT STATED! I ended up paying full price on a 40$ order when it should have...

Overall its a nice store. The place is clean and better kept then any dollar general I've been in. It would have been 5 stars but the person working was beyond lazy and rude. With a line of people waiting to check out she went in the back and was just chatting. You could actually hear her talking about plans...
