Went here last week for a muffler. Dropped off my jeep ,waited for the 2 hours they told me it would take. Came back to find nothing done. I was told parts were on back order. I called auto z... and ordered parts to be picked up later in the day. Minutes before me getting the parts for the repair the mechanic called me and said he found the parts. I returned the next morning after the repair was done only to find my 26" muffler was replaced with the wrong muffler 14". The tail pipe dosen't even make it out from the bumper. I was told this is normal for a flanged cv. Ripped off by the manager liar and the lieing mechanic. Muffler already getting loud and carbon dioxide backing up when driving due to the short tail pipe. Don't worry boys !! The state will be dealing with your license. I usually get dinner and a movie before the treatment...
