Magic Mushroom/Oregon Gifts — Local services in Sutherlin

I have seen this shop for a while going down I5 and had always wanted to stop in. So after many years I finally decided to make the trip on my birthday. I was hoping to check out the selection of glass and get something for said birthday. As I entered there was 2 ladies already in the shop chit chatting at the counter. I wondered around the store looking at all the items, even taking my time. Eventually there was no more to look at except the glass. My boyfriend and I gathered our I.Ds in hopes to take a peek at the glass. We stood there waiting for the chit chat to die down. It didn't. We stood there solving a few of the box puzzles on display. About 4 other customers walked in and did the same thing... We all walked out, not a single customer was helped! Sad to lose out on customers business just to chit chat about an old acquaintance. The only time your attention wasn't on the people you were talking to was when another customer accidently dropped something, and then went right back to your conversation. Needless to say won't be returning and will be telling my friends not...

Such a cute little gift shop with many hand made gifts made by local Oregon makers. The name of the shop is in homage to the whimsical mushroom lamps that the shop owners husband makes. They also sell blown glass items, lots of jewelry, clothes, and even local honey. There is a small smoke shop separated by a curtain with a well marked sign saying that no minors are allowed. A great photo op with huge mushrooms on top of the shop (as well as a giant joint) If you want to get a photo without the joint in your photo you can move to the left of the shop like we did with our son. This place has amazing, beautifully blown bongs and pipes, crystals, hand bags, small decorative plates, lamps that look like mushroom patches, and so much more. I bought a bong and a puzzle storage box shaped like a heart. I'll post a pic. of the storage box, it's very unique and pretty. They had other storage boxes like mine shaped like music notes, a saxophone, etc. I highly recommend everyone come here at least once if you have not already been here. The owner is very kind, too.
