I placed an online order at 8:37pm that said it would be ready to pick up at 8:55, my husband went down there to pick up the order at 8:55 and the associate working said that they didn't have an order although my husband had the order confirmation with him. They told him they have to accept the order and she didn't and she was already cleaning up for the night and that they were closing in two minutes suggesting that she wasn't going to make an order even if he asked her too although it was not time for closing and the online order was placed well before closing time. The associate was also very rude to my husband. We have had a couple experiences with this associate being short and curt with us in the past and continued to support the business regardless of this, after this incident we will no longer be supporting this establishment but other local restaurants that...
Read moreMy wife & I were on our way back to Portland from visiting inlaws in California. She has severe allergies to gluten and made the proper requests so her food was handled with care. Not only were the employees going above and beyond, they changed their gloves, and made sure her order was correct! Customer service is clearly a priority at this location and this speaks volumes about the management here! Please recognize this crew as they all deserve credit for the care in making my wifes food. If she gets sick it takes DAYS for her to fully recover as on top of gluten intolerance she has multiple auto-immune disorders that can all work against each other with ONE time contaminating her food. We will definitely be going to this location again the next time we are traveling back to California!!!
