NOT happy at all! I have a Zvox soundbase. The audio will stop working. I will turn off and on the soundbase. Still no audio. I then switch to my tv's built in speakers and there is audio as normal. Then 2 or 3 days later I would turn it back on and it would work for a while. I thought maybe the connection was the issue. I switched from an optical cable to RCA connectors. Same issue. So I thought maybe the tv was the issue. So I moved the soundbase to a different tv. Same exact issue. Audio would work for a few days or even a week. Then STOP! So I contacted Zvox. ZERO help!! The soundbase is VERY expensive, while it is out of the warranty period, the cost wasn't my concern. Fixing it was. I called Zvox and they immediately wanted to communicate ONLY through email..... So I send an email then wait a day or two for a response.... Try what they suggest, it doesn't fix the issue, then I start all over again.. Too much work.. After NOT receiving a response after 10 days I went out and bought a Sonos Beam. Very disappointed.... If anyone wants to buy a Zvox soundbase.. CHEAP.....
