Pizza Lovers — Restaurant in Lynn

So very sad and disappointing. My father who is now passed would get me pizza here as a child. So I grew up loving pizza lovers and always looking forward to getting it. However on Easter 2023 as my family sit in my living room excited for what had been a 28 year tradition waiting on pizza lover the pies never showed. I called after 1 hour and 30 minutes of wait to be screamed at and hung up on. I understand they were probably busy so I called back to be told they had came 3 times and no one responded. Sadly double checking my phone no missed calls. I explained this to the old man on the line and he cursed at me and hung up. We ordered fauci’s instead. Truly hurt by this and it won’t be forgiven. Really good pizza. Very lousy service. Ordered a calzone(a pizza folded in half) and upon it arriving the delivery driver A did not come up to the door until I asked her too instead she sat in her car until I came outside. B the calzone was not sliced or cut. It was just a pizza folded in half. I called the manager and spoke to him about the situation, about him not preparing his food fully. He cut me off to tell me that they don't do it that way that they instead just serve the calzones as they are. I told him you need to cut the calzone into squares before delivering the calzone. Rude old man. I ordered a large cheese pizza ($1 off today special) with a steak and cheese (add grilled onions). Price was about $3 more than I thought and I questioned him on it. He didn't give me the $1 off the pizza and charged me toppings on the sub. Steak and onions plus cheese. ($1.45 more). Steak and cheese offers free onions but he charged me for toppings. I looked at the menu and mentioned that steak and cheese says free onions. "Don't look at the menu. This is the price." Never in my life have I had someone demand a payment without an explanation.
